We take great pride in the quality and freshness of our floral arrangements and gifts.
Please review our Return and Refund Policy below:


1. Fresh Flower Orders

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers:

  • All sales are final once delivered or picked up.

  • If there is a problem with your order, such as incorrect items or flowers not meeting our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

  • We may offer a replacement arrangement or store credit depending on the situation.

We reserve the right to request photographs of the original product.


2. Non-Perishable Products (Stuffed Animals, Gifts)

Due to the delicate nature of our gifts and stuffed animals:

  • All sales are final for non-perishable items as well.

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once the item has been purchased.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled less than 24 hours before scheduled delivery or pickup are non-refundable, as floral materials and gifts may already be prepared.


4. Local Delivery Issues

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or other factors beyond our control:

  • We will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt, which may incur an additional delivery fee.
